A Mud Pie pottery party is ideal for all age groups from six to 106 !!

Childrens Birthday Parties Pottery painting parties are hugely popular and at Mud Pie we make every effort to ensure that all of our birthday VIP’s get a great party to remember ! We have two types of party but with all parties, the birthday VIP is given a beautiful keepsake plate signed by all of their guests and fired in the kiln to keep forever. - the minimum number for all parties is eight, the maximum amount for the Pottery Painting Party is 12 - for other parties we can usually accomodate more painters - please call us to discuss! Call us with your ideas and we will work out a price for you which will be based on what you want the session to include and numbers !

Pottery Painting Party
Price per head: £10.95
Each child painting makes their own choice from a range of popular figures including animals, dinos, vehicles. Using ‘acrylic’ paints the children then sit together as a group and have the freedom to paint their pottery figures just how they like them! The pieces are then sprayed sealed and are ready to take home at the end of the party !

Amazing Glazing Party
Price per head: £14.00
Choose any item in the studio to the value of £8.50 - this will include cups, larger figurines, pen pots and more! These items are glazed and fired in the kiln producing a watersafe, durable and shiny finish to your masterpiece!

Crazy Plate Parties Price per head: £13 Each child has a small plate (side plate size) to paint with ‘glazes’ - imaginations run wild as they choose backgrounds, stencils, hands, sponges and colours to decorate their crazy plate! These are then glazed and fired in our kiln for the party organiser to collect a few days later. The finished plates are food & dishwasher safe and are sure to be the most popular plate in the cupboard !!!

Party Food
Mud Pie Ceramics does not have facilities to provide food or catering, however, food is very welcome in the studio after painting. A table will be laid for serving a party lunch or tea when the painting is over - paints, pottery and food don’t mix well so the food comes after the creative fun !!!

Important Ideas for a Impressive Party !
The birthday VIP can bring CD’s of their choice to listen to whilst painting. We recommend that a pass the parcel or other suitable party game is prepared in stand-by just in case the painting goes quickly or if Parents are late collecting !!

Hen Nights and Adult Parties
Hen nights are super special at Mud Pie ! The studio is booked out just for your party. You are very welcome to bring wine and food, we’ll provide the glasses!
This is the one hen night when you go home with something more than just a hangover!
